“Amazing place to stay in Lijiang”

Everything! The location is perfect in the center of the old town in a really calm street. I loved the mood, the room is great, really clean and spacious. It’s really nice to have tea and coffee for free. In the over all, I loved my time here and will be back if I come back to Lijiang

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. It is in the old town, close to all the interesting places to visit but quiet and peaceful. The courtyard is very pleasant. Everything is very clean and works well. The manager is very kind, helpful and efficient. He gave us very interesting information which made our stay very pleasant. He helped us a lot and sent a person to carry our luggage on a cart from the entrance to the pedestrian area. Everything was easy and pleasant. He speaks English very well and is very cooperative.

The ambience and location of the inn is pretty good, tho located in a deeper part of the old town, it is walkable and there are small electric bikes that can tow your luggages in.

My brother's service attitude is super good, we stayed in the new store for the first time in Lijiang, Later, when I came back to stay in this hotel again, it was super great. The bathroom and hair conditioner were all prepared, and the room was super clean. The price was super reasonable. If you want to go to Lijiang, I recommend choosing this hotel. This is the best of the seven or eight hotels we stayed in for more than ten days.

The owner’s brother Sze who attended to us during check in & while stay there was very helpful & accomodating.

“Maintenance can be improved”

小司 was really helpful and responsive to feedback. I informed him that the electric kettle in the room was not working and he was at the door to attend to the problem. When I feedback that the shower door could not close properly and the glass was cracked on both the shower and toilet cubicle sliding doors, he immediately offered to change our room for us. In the end we did not take up his offer to move to another room as I fell sick and could not cope with the hassle of moving. The room was nicely heated though and we were supplied with cotton towels when we requested for them.

“Best homestay feeling in Li Jiang old town”

Everything was perfect here. We stayed for 5 nights as the facilities were amazing and the host was very friendly and responsive. He helped us get our luggage in the old town and helped us get to Sha Xi. We were welcomed with flower cakes and tea. And then whenever we had any query, it was resolved very quickly. Amazing hospitality and experience.
