Those friends are amazing and very friendly. The lady owner is very helpful. Have extended another night and definitely will come back to stay here if I ever return to Lijiang

“Nice place”
Very good location. Kind, nice and helpful owner. Cute dogs and cats. Comfortable room, clean sheets, warm duvets, electric blankets. Friendly atmosphere.

“Fabulous. Loved everything about this place. It had a climbing wall &there was a grocery store nearb”
A hot pot for coffee was provided but they also had a menu. The staff was stellar in assisting me with every need, from mapping and transport, updating my phone etc. One of them took me out into the Ancient Town and we did a night of eating through the whole town, he paid for it. it was fantastic.

A nice guesthouse downtown with helpful staff, dorm rooms are in a refurbished authentic wooden building. Although there were no toilet papers in the bathrooms.

“Local hospitality in Lijiang”
Great little hostel owned by a lovely local woman. Perfect location across the road from the old town. A range of Chinese and foreign guests so great for meeting other travellers. Nice social atmosphere in the evenings.

The staff is fantastic and super friendly they made me feel welcomed and safe as a solo traveller. They helped me to organise some trips and gave me advice. I decided to stay one more night there! The location is great too.
