Outstanding service, dream villa & unforgettable stay We spent several nights at Banyan Tree Lijiang and absolutely loved it. Our villa with mountain view was spacious, quiet and beautifully designed – the perfect place to relax. A very special thank you to Clover, who was truly exceptional. She was always reachable, very attentive and helped us with every little question and request. Because of her, we felt genuinely cared for from the first to the last minute. Also, Ms Jenny, the massage therapist, was fantastic. The spa is excellent, with a very good offer and high-quality treatments that made us feel completely renewed. The food was wonderful: a great restaurant, a stylish bar and surprisingly good coffee. And the beds were a dream – extremely comfortable, so we slept better than at home.

Great view to Yulong Mountain (picture from the hotel room). Relatively spacious. Nicely decorated. Friendly and accommodating staff. We had to leave for the airport early on the day of check out and they started the breakfast 30 min earlier to accommodate our travel plans.
