Absolutely Perfect Stay in Greece! Our stay here was truly unforgettable! The location is simply breathtaking — just steps away from the sea, with a stunning view that you can never get enough of. The area is calm and peaceful, ideal for anyone looking to relax and escape the crowds, yet still close enough to everything you might need. The apartment was spotless — exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was amazing — very communicative, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His directions made finding the place super easy, and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this place ! Strategic location, close to beautiful Ionian beaches, which are accessible in 7-8 minutes by car. Literally 2 min walk to the village beach. Amazing sea view from the terrace, great place to enjoy the sunset, calm and peaceful. Agh, how we miss this view! Easy parking. Friendly and super helpful host. Thanks for the hospitality, Janis!

Perfect location, only a short walk from the lovely beach. The terrace is spacious, with a breathtaking sea view and cozy garden furniture. Private parking is provided under the shade of olive trees. Giannis was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and eager to meet all our needs.

discovered this apartment by chance, and it turned out to be a great find! The location is close to Preveza – around 25–30 minutes by taxi. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a 2–3 minute walk from the house, which was a big plus. The host, Giannis, is a truly wonderful person – always ready to help with anything you might need. Highly recommended!

“Everything perfect.”

Yannis was a great host. He met us at the agreed time and gave us the keys. We had the best view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is perfect. Comfortable mattress, new and comfortable pillows, new, clean and white towels. Worth going again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

It is a beautiful charming appartment in a beautifil, small, laid back town. There is a fish restaurant at 5 minutes walk and you have a private beach. It is really beautiful!!

We were very pleased with our stay at the villa. The decor may be basic, but it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The terrace with its stunning view is fantastic, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. If you're a cat lover like us, you'll have the delightful company of local cats who will be happy and grateful if you provide them with a bit of food and attention. The host was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsible. As previous guests have mentioned, the lovely lady who lives next door even treated us to various treats, which further enhanced our experience. If you're a fan of peaceful getaways, away from the noise and crowds, like us, Lygia is a true paradise. It's not for those who prefer bustling tourist spots and entertainment options.

Olive tree villa is little piece of heaven. Surrounded with beautiful nature and amazing view. Peaceful place with guaranteed privacy. One thing is certain, next summer we'll come again.

Nice place in a good position, comfortable, clean, wonderful view from the terrace (olive trees and the sea). Very close, 2 min, to the local beach, or easy to approach the Vrachos beach (3km). Both beaches with coarse sand or gravel. Greetings to the owner's grandmother who treated us several times with pie and sweets.

Everything was wonderful! The house is next to a beautiful beach. Beautiful garden and olive tree surrounding. The location is fantastic, the view from our terace was amazing, ! The hostest was very, very kind, and frendly The house is renovated and provides all comforts includunig everuthing what you need . We will be back again soon.

The spacious terrace overlooking the sea and its privacy were the most appreciated feature. It was so nice in the morning and at night to chill out. Our accommodation was perfect for a couple. The water edge is less than 200m away and in the morning the beach was entirely for myself!
