This is a huge appartment with apsolutely most perfect view ever. The sound of waves during the night is priceless. Perfect location if you like to explore environment and change beaches every day (Parga, Sivota with mots beautifull beaches, Perdika, Lefkada, Preveza,Acheron river, Monoliti, Kanali, Kastrosikia beaches are very close). On the other side, if you need passive vacation, the Ligia beach is in front of the house (its ok for adults, not for kids because there are big rocks in watter), the village is quiet and without crowd. You can buy home made olive oil in this house. Perfect for every tipe of travelers.

Vacation beyond my expectations, peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Terrace with amazing view, just metres away from the beach. Great hosts! Thank you, Marina and Kostas!

“The best so far”
I don't think there is a better accommodation than this. Very close to the beach, very quiet area. You can park in the yard of the property, a few meters from the room, which is great. The sound of the waves can be heard in the room, so you wake up to the sound of the sea and fall asleep to the sound of the sea. What can you want more than that? We had the most beautiful sunset of our vacation.

“Excelwnt location, quiet and relaxing”
My wife told me to find some property close to Parga for 3 days stay. Her requirements were to find property just next to the sea front, quiet, with nice sea view and somehow isolated and relaxing. This property was just perfect fit to the our idea for relaxing 3-days stay. Moreover, the property is surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Owners are very nice, polite and hard-working. As bonus, there is good restaurant in the house next to the property. There is slight rural feeling, that I really enjoyed in. We even got some locally produced eggs from the owners. The apartment is studio with basic equipment. Kitchen is equipped good enough if you want to prepare your own food. Finally the property is not 5 stars hotel, but only 5 minutes on the terrace in the early morning are sufficient compensation for better furniture or better toilet. I am sure I will go there again.

“Home from home, fabulous.”
The location of the property was ideal for us, we wanted something quiet but not far from amenities and we chose it because it was close to the beach and with views of the sea, we was not disappointed, it was fabulous. Great room with everything you needed, home from home.

“Great place with wonderful view”
Everything was wonderful. We had a great time with a great view. The host made us extremely comfortable and we felt very comfortable in the space. Rooms are spacious with everyday amenities. Our two senior dogs also stayed very well in the space and it was fantastic to see other owner with their pets housed there as well. Definitely, if you are looking for peace and quiet at the same time, this is a great pet-friendly place to stay and explore this beautiful region of Greece.

Just 1 hour away from Igoumenitsa, this place is magic. Located directly at the beach. Spacious room with private terrace. The landlord Marina is super nice and helpful and speaks fluent English! There is a taverna just next door! Perfect place to relax

Front garden was maintain so well. Hearing Sounds of wave all time is so nice. Seeing Ocean view, waves and sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning is incredible.. Love it ❤
