“Fantastic location & great for family with kids - access to the lake at the place :)”

Apartment literally at the small and peaceful public beach- you just take your swimming stuff and 30 seconds later you are swimming in the lake. Our kids loved the place!! Lierna - the town - is small any rather less touristy, which was a big plus for us. It is great location along Como lake- easy train connections to Varenna , ferry connections to Bellagio and Como- all within 15min walk from the apartment. Giulia- the host- is super welcoming and helpful. Thank you Giulia for everything :-)!

We've met hosts Giulia and her father who are lovely and positive persons. We could count on their help and advices at any time. The apartment with patio and location is outstanding. Located in one of the hundreds years old, well preserved houses, surrounded with walls of medieval castle and water. Very climatic place, especially in the evenings. The apartment is very clean, convenient and well equipped. Beautiful view from the windows on the lake and mountains. Two beaches, bars and boat rental in a few steps. Recommend little, stony beach a bit hidden and less crowded. Rent a boat. Lots of fun and great experience to see the coast from the lake. Spend a day or more on hiking some stages of the Sentiero del Viandante Trail. We did the 2nd High (starts from Lierna) and the 4th (from Dervio). Sometimes tough but views from the tops are spectacular. Tourist Info on the train station. Use also this very good website: comoanditslake.com. The apartment is about 10 mins walk to centre of Lierna with supermarket, more bars, gelateria, train station, little port of cruising ships and nice waterfront. We love this place. Best we stayed being already several times around the Como Lake.

Beautiful setting right on the lake. This is a house with 3 floors. Tge bedroom with a lovely view is in the top floor. Bathrooms on the ground floor and top. Comfortable bed. Very helpful host. I wish i stayed longer!
