From the first minute we felt the attention and help of the hosts - they picked us up by car from a nearby town when the train traffic was stuck and offered to take us to the supermarket for shopping. We found welcome gifts in the refrigerator: Coca-Cola, mineral water and beer. The rented apartment was perfectly clean. The interior is in the style of the 90s, with the full range of colors of that time. You will not find any boring white or depressing gray here! The interior is surprisingly well maintained and cared for! Every detail - all Italian electrical switches, sockets, water taps, gas stove and oven - everything worked perfectly! We even found a working DVD player and satellite TV here! The windows and doors open perfectly. The apartment is very spacious, there is a separate children's room. The kitchen / living room and bedroom are at opposite ends of the apartment. We liked the apartment very much. Special mention deserves the amazing views of Lake Como and the mountains from ALL the windows of the apartment! And close to all those wonderful hiking trails to the mountains with stunning panoramas of the lake and the impressive old town of Lierna.

Caty is a very humble person. On the last day, we were exhausted. She helped us very kindly by driving us to the nearest station. The apartment is very nice, and comfortable and has an incredible view of Lake Como. The neighborhood is quiet and the local restaurants have some of the best food! My friends and I were lucky to find this apartment. We would love to come back again.

Clean and very spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Possibility to unload luggage at the accommodation and then park in a private parking lot (you will get a remote control to the gate) 2 minutes on foot. Great starting location to Varenna, Lecco, beach 3 minutes walk. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to do laundry. Caty took good care of us and left us drinks in the fridge and pastries for breakfast.

The owner of the apartment is very down to earth. The apartment was very nice . It has all the facilities from washing machine to dish washer. The owner was very kind to take n drop us to the train station.

“Million Dollar View”
The view was worth a million dollars. We could see Lake Como from every window. The host was helpful and left us with wine, milk and a treat.

Everything was just wonderful! The host Katie was very kind. She prepared many delicious surprises for us. The house has everything you need for life. Too bad we only came for one night. We will definitely come again.
