Unfortunately, this was the worst experience we have ever had in accommodation, and we were extremely dissatisfied. The condition of the property was completely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. There were strong indications that the bed sheets had not been changed, while insects were continuously coming out from inside the duvet. The same issue was present on the sofa and the armchair as well. We placed a clean towel for our child to lie on, and within a few seconds it had also become covered with insects, which was truly shocking. In addition, there was no toilet paper or soap available, and the bathroom was in very poor condition, with heavy limescale and buildup. As parents, we did not feel safe at all allowing our child to sleep in such an environment. Our child became so frightened that he/she started crying and shaking while we were trying, in the middle of the night, to urgently find another place to stay. We were forced to make a new reservation through Booking under my husband’s name and leave immediately. In the stress and distress of the situation, as we were trying to leave as quickly as possible, we likely forgot some of our personal belongings at the property, or may even have accidentally thrown them away together with other items that had become covered with insects. At that moment, our only concern was to leave the place as quickly as possible. Honestly, we cannot understand how this property has such high ratings. We have never experienced accommodation in such a condition before, and we definitely would not recommend it!!@

The apartment is located very near to the central Place Saint Lambert in a quiet street. The apartment is huge and was ideal for a stay with our friends for the Jazz a Liège festival.
