Review – Apartment in Liège I want to leave a very honest review so that future guests know exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. When we arrived, the apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to raw fish. There was also a large dead fly on the floor, which already gave a bad first impression regarding cleanliness. The bed was not made. After a trip, you still have to go to the garage, get the bed sheets and towels yourself, and make the bed on your own. The same applies to the towels. In addition, guests are required to wash plates, glasses, and cutlery before using them and also leave them clean when leaving. The problem is that since every guest has to do this, many of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. It gives the impression that there is no professional cleaning, and that the cleaning depends only on previous guests. Another very negative point is the brightness in the master bedroom. A lot of light comes in, both at night and early in the morning, which makes it very difficult to sleep properly. The worst point, in my opinion, is the access to the apartment: there are many wooden stairs, very steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs is difficult and even dangerous. When you arrive, there is a “welcome” sign, but honestly, the feeling is the opposite. It feels like the guest has to do everything themselves. Overall, the experience does not match what is expected from a paid accommodation, especially regarding cleanliness, comfort, and access to the apartment.

Overall it was what we needed, and we were able to bring out bikes up to the property which is why we booked it in the first place.

Flat is very comfortable. There is a lot of space to park a car. I recommend honestly this place ;).

We booked both apartments as we needed the bed spaces, located just 15 mins walk into the centre of Liege on a quiet street, communication with Chris was excellent and replied quickly when ever I had a question,we found both apartments to be excellent,clean and very comfortable, everything we needed in the apartment,we would definitely book here next time we plan a trip to Liege.
