Fantastic ! The breakfast is made with so much love ! Even for us vegetarians there is an abundance of healthy choises, Bed and shower very comfortable , well filled fridge and coffee facilities for some nice evening snacks available too We will certainly come back again

We stayed 3 nights at Bel Etage and Petra and Peter succeeded to make us feel like at home ! A. Location = ideal to explore, in the center of attractions; Koblenz less than 1 hour driving, Cochem the same, Bacharach 20 min, Bad Kreuznach 40 min, Bernkastel Kues 70 min, Eltz Castle 1 hour; B, The house is old and charming, we stayed at 2-nd (last) floor with quite steep stairs, but this was not a problem for us; C. Breakfast was fantastic ! it is not only about food and excelent quality and diversity; for Petra and Peter is a ritual, a contest for estetics prize everyday; we felt spolied by our gentle hosts. D. Recommendations very useful from hosts; for example, gas station low price or restuarant for dinner; Gasthaus Stahl was perfect for what we needed and expected as typical german food and place. Over all, the kindness of hosts and the way they welcomed us was warm and friendly ! To conclude, we had a very pleasant experience, we strongly recommend Bel Etage ! We hope to return some day !

We were welcomed by a lovely lady who spoke good English. The bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of savoury and sweet items. There are several restaurants in the nearby town.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and nice people. The breakfast was a treat and so many choices and beatifully displayed. The room was big and bright, the bathroom was brand new (note: if al rooms are booked you share a bathroom with one other room.. no problem for us personally and we were in luck that we had the second floor to ourselves). We felt very welcome and had very nice and good conversations with the owners. The village is very small and quiet, just what we were looking for.
