The location is 15 mins walk out of town alongside a derelict and vandalised house and streets with litter. The balcony over looks an urban wasteland. The shower overflows.

“Won’t choose it again”
The building had an elevator and we were able to park for free on the street. There was semi-self check in as the owner has to buzz you in the front door. The toiletries provided were lovely. They did offer in room snacks and had a kitchen with coffee facilities but there was no milk available in the fridge.

Very friendly owners, answered lots of questions patiently and were very helpful about tips to restaurants or beach locations. Because the location only has 2 available rooms, sense of privacy was amazing. Overall we had an amazing experience and would strongly recommend staying here if possible

“Welcoming staff and beautiful rooms close to the beach!”
We loved that we were able to check-in after normal check-in hours ended. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable room. The host left snacks on the table for us to enjoy and the room had a lovely balcony that we sat out on at night for fresh air.

We stayed at Hawai room and simply fell in love with the place on the first sight, Fabio, the host, was super kind and helpful from the very beginning and he made our stay super comfy. The room is spacious, with new bathroom where you can find more than everything you need. Sweet breakfast was very delicious and could feed half of the house :). As we are traveling a lot, we recommend these rooms as a Superb option while traveling to the south Rome. And as already mentioned, Fabio makes you feel like you just arrived home :) looking forward to come back!

Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

“A gem”
This was by far the freshest place we stayed at during our week in Italy. it was clean, cozy and comfortable. It made us feel at home, although we only stayed there for one night.
