“no bathroom in the room”

1. The bathroom isn't private. It's located in the hallway and everyone has access to it. You can't leave your toiletries. You have to get dressed to go to your room. The owner deliberately misleading in description of the room. I would never have rented this room if I'd known it didn't have a bathroom. 2. The bedcover must have been poorly dried after washing; it smelled very bad. The entire room was filled with the odor. It's impossible for the cleaning service not to have noticed it. 3. The towels are gray and worn out, it's better to take your own 4. The owner sends numerous messages, via email to booking.com and WhatsApp, several times asking me to leave the tax payment and to check out "at least" before 10 AM. I've never experienced such service during a booking, I felt harassed.

Location was great - short walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Facilities were very clean and the room was cozy and comfortable. The instructions to enter (sent via mail and WhatsApp) were easy to follow and I got encouraged to write if I were ever in doubt.

Eugenio was a very nice host and was always in touch if needed. Also there were all the necessary supplies which was really comfortable. Breakfast (cappuccino and cornetto) was provided in the nearest bar with extremely good truly Italian vibe. Great stay!

My stay at Stella Polare Sensorial Home was very pleasant. The owner (Eugenio) was very friendly, kind, and always available. The house is very clean and very close to the sea. The bathrooms feel like a sauna because there are special lights, and you can even connect your phone to listen to music while taking a shower. Breakfast was offered at a nearby café and it was very good. Comfortable beds and rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating. Super positive experience! I will definitely come back!

The owner welcomed us and was very friendly, location is very close to the beach, easy access from Rome and to the airport by public transportation. The room, bathroom and kitchen/fridge were clean

I really liked the spot of these apartments, very close to the sea. The host was super nice and recommended us good places for food and also gave us breakfast coupons.

Close to the airport, host was waiting for us with kind welcome. Easy breakfast in a coffee shop was enough for us for catching early flight.

Everything. The owner was kind and very helpful, the facilites were great, we had a great television and the bathroom had led lights with Bluetooth to play music, which we loved. The area is very peaceful and the beach is very near. To get to the area with more restaurants, the walk is about 15minutes, which is great. We were also offered a lovely breakfast for both of our mornings there.

Great location!! Few minutes to the beach, to the city centre, shops, gelato and restaurants! Great true italian atmosphere!

Good location. While it did not have air conditioning ... clear in description... it did have modern ceiling fans with blades that didnt show! Good views from the windows. Also while no en-suite ... again clear ... it had 2 great bathrooms for just 4 appartments. Nearby restraunts and bars full of locals which is a nice change.

Good living conditions, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are modernly equipped. There are many cafes and shops nearby, and the beach is close. The host, Eugenio, is very kind. He made us delicious coffee and told us about the city. After check-out, he drove us to the airport and told us about the city's attractions along the way. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

“Central location to beach and restaurants”

Good location for getting to the beach and to restaurants. Room was a little tight for 2 people plus bags, but if you're staying for multiple days you could utilize the shelving/closets. Bathrooms had colorful ambient lighting and there are two of them for the 3 rooms. Recommendations for restaurants close by were good.

The location was walking distance to the beaches.
