Very clean, great location, a lot of space in the room and outside - the common area very comfortable for work as well as free time in the kitchen or at the terrace. Very nice and friendly host!

The accommodation is very conveniently located, not far from the train station and very close to the sea. We stayed for only one day after Rome before heading to the airport, but it was a great decision to relax a little from the city bustle by the sea. Everything in the accommodation is new, perfectly clean, and we really liked it. We were also allowed to leave our luggage earlier, so we could walk around the city a bit more

Spotless midern and well equipped apartment with the host responding very quickly to any of my enquiries. Ostia is a great Location for visits to the Roman city of Ostia and the bus stop to the Station from myroom was only 2 minutes from the appartment. 3 trains per hour into Rome for only 1.30euros which also covered all ongoing transport in Rome for 100 minutes. So staying in Ostia with lovely local bars and restaurants with easy access to the many attractions in Rime is a win win situation and fabulous value

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable and has a coffee machine and plug in mosquito deterrent. Host was great, very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We arrived earlier than expected and Mirko facilitated early access. Fridge with dedicated shelf in shared kitchen was useful. RomeSeaCook is a 7 minute walk away from Shiva - the best Indian restaurant we have eaten in since leaving the UK twenty years ago. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the Beach bar Bahia and a 15 minute walk to the train station where you can take a 30 minute ride for €1.50 into the center of Rome. The train also stops at the archeological site Ostia Antica which is well worth a visit.

Great cozy place

We really enjoyed our stay in Ostia - it felt like home from home. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, it was comfortable and having our own bathroom really was a bonus. Being able to prepare food in the kitchen and eat outside was just so nice! The whole place was really taken care of, super clean and detail-oriented.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utilities necessary for cooking and the house is clean and well organised.

Friendly host, well equipped apartment and easily accessible by road and rail. Lots of places to eat and drink round about and of course the beach only minutes away. We stayed here for some peace after a few days in Rome and before exploring Ostia Antica.

This is a great little place…there are 3 units on the main floor of a building. We loved the access to a fully stocked kitchen and a nice patio. The room was spotless and had a new bathroom with a large shower.

The room was good, and it has a nice outdoor area and kitchen facilities (shared). WiFi was available with an Android TV (for casting from mobile phone). The beach is about 7 minutes walk, with many cafes/ restaurants close by. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Stayed relaxing 2 nights here before flying out of Rome Fiumencino Airport. Mirko keeps the place spotless! My room had a private bathroom (great shower!) and the shared kitchen had everything you’d need to cook in (I only made tea). Perfect location to unwind at the beach for a day after nonstop travel. Also recommend a day out to Ostia Antica to explore if you’re interested in Roman history. I was here in the off season (beginning of October) so Lido was definitely a bit quieter than usual. Mirko is so kind and helpful and included some great breakfast recommendations. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The owner was very kind and responsive. He met us at the property and showed us around. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Newly renovated. The bedrooms and bathroom are private, and there's a shared kitchen and outdoor space. The kitchen was beautifully renovated and stocked with a good amount of basic items. There's also a washing machine and drying rack. The air conditioning worked well. The property is a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to find parking.
