To stay here after the intense days in Rome was a best idea ever! At the My Room Roma one may find anything wanted in Ostia or, saying even more generally, around the Roma area. It’s really close to the train and bus station, and to the nice free beach. The apartment is perfectly clean, equipped with a nice private bathroom for every room, all furniture and a bed linings, towels, are pretty new. They also provide you with a breakfast (which is better than in some Roma’s more expensive hotels), and all things like coffee, tea, cookies, juice, etc are available during the day in the shared kitchen. You may also cook yourself or use the fridge. The garden which you may share with others is beautiful as well. Internet is working perfectly too. Fabio, who is the manager here, is a very kind person who will meet you with his best advice about restaurants, beaches, routs to airport, and even share his own discounts for supermarkets. We even exchanged hugs before I left, he is like an Italian uncle, you’re never had. Daniele, the owner is also very committed to the property, and gives a response when some questions asked. My general advice is if you are going to Rome for sightseeing, you might consider Ostia Lido, and particularly, My Room Roma as a base, cause it is really close and cheap to get there (and to the airport too). If you’re going to Rome for business get some day offs, and go there to My Room Roma. I will definitely come back here!

A wonderful oasis on the Roman seaside - excellent location - 30 min bus ride from Fiumicino airport, 2 min walk from Lido bus and train station, many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. near. Beach 5 min walk (and even visible from my room window), garden where you can enjoy breakfast (with great coffe) and/or relax in the evening with a glass of wine, clean and tidy rooms. And - most importantly - very friendly and responsive staff! Fabio will help you solve any household problems if they arise and will definitely recommend the best place to have dinner, sunbathe and otherwise spend time in Ostia and Rome.

Good room, everything in order, close to the train station and close to the beach. Host Fabio is always there and ready to help with everything you might need. Overall a good stay.

I spent only one night at the accommodation after arriving from the airport. The room was clean and, most importantly, quiet. Mr. Fabian, who welcomed me, was very friendly and kind. I especially enjoyed the courtyard, and there’s a delicious pizza place just across the street. Even during the next three days in Rome, I couldn’t find a similar pizza anywhere else.

We've been in this place on April 29-30. This is an excellent variant for both relaxation and trips to Rome. The trip to the center takes about 45 minutes. The house has several rooms and one large kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. And great patio also! Breakfast includes croissants, juice, coffee and muesli. Or you can cook yourself all day long! The rooms are spacious, newly renovated. Manager Fabio told us the best way to get to the sea, as well as where to have dinner. Cool place! We would like to come back here!

The room was big and clean, with all stuff needed, and Fabio was very welcoming and helpful, he cared about us and gave a couple of advice about the city. Property has everything to cook your meals. It was 5 mins from the train station, which takes you to Rome in 30 minutes.
