We got what we expected. Quiet place, clean room, close to transport and even closer to the beach. Nice owner and everything you need is within walking distance. And all for a reasonable price.

The location of the property was lovely. The owner was very friendly and easy to get along with. We only stayed for a short time and mainly used the room for sleeping. The room facilities were good and adequate. There are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can have dinner.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is great and within walking distance of the locations we needed to be (the stadium for an event). Good food nearby and everything we needed was within walking distance.

Its ok, not hotel, its Hostel or maybe more 1 room apartamen. Breakfast.... 2.50 € you get only 1 crossant 😂

Excellent location, near the train station(25 minutes to Rome), near the free beach, a huge balcony with sea views. Super clean, great communication with the manager Oksana, always ready to help with everything.Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great place near shops and bars, very good communication with the old city of Rome, also the apartments are next to the sea. The owner explained very well how to visit Rome and its surroundings.

It is very convenient for anyone going to the airport as it is two stops from the departure point of the airport . It is in a quiet residential area near the beach
