“One of the best in Ostia”
Wonderful location, very clean comfy rooms, amazing view and very gentle staff. Was nice to have sparkling cold water to refill the bottles. Apartment is in the center, and one step to go he beach.

The location is right on the beach and was perfect for that. Alessio was very helpfull with everything and booked for us including transfers to airport or to rome every day.

Beautiful common space. Thoughtful amenities. Free coffee, tea, water. Kitchen amenities to use. Comfy beds that are electric so go up and down. Perfect location. Very close to sea and all the action but also quiet at night. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

“Good place to have a vocation by the sea and visit Rome”
Good location, near the sea, a lot of good restaurants near by, 10 minutes walk to the metro station. Easy to find and easy to check in. Comfortable bed. The guest house has a kitchen with the balcony with beautiful view. Very helpful owner, 24/7 ready to answer any questions and help. Thank you!

“Wish we could’ve stayed longer!”

The instructions were very simple and clear. Great location, room and bed comfy. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. The environment is great a lot of different beaches plus fun to ride the lime scooters to get to the far beach 🏖️

I highly recommend staying at the apartment. The room was clean and comfortable, and cleaned daily. Toiletries were available in the bathroom. Coffee, tea, and sparkling water were available in the shared kitchen. The apartment is close to the city center and the sea. Contact with the owner without problems.
