Hotel La Riva is on Ostia's seaside promenade, 80 metres from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the Stella Polare Train Station. It features free parking and a garden with a cafè. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 15 minutes' drive away. This family-run hotel has a terrace with sun lounger and a hydromassage tub. Breakfast is served at nearby Hotel Bellavista. “Seaview and a large terasse, friendly staff”
We got a free upgrade to a much better room with seaview, and a large terasse. Easily the best room in the hotel. Excellent beds, quiet at night. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We ended up extending our stay to a full week.

Location was good, with easy street parking. Il Delfono, across the road does an excellent spaghetti ai vongole, even for late arrivals. Ideal for an overnight after late arrival into Fiumicino.

“Two weeks through Italy”
We booked a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. Room information is correct but pictures unfortunately not. The hotel is close to the beach and 5 minutes walk from Stella Polare station to Rome, the ticket is 1.60 € one way. It is about a 30-minute train ride to Rome. The man who works at breakfast is kind and professional. Free water and a small bottle of wine is a nice sign of attention.Free parking is in the yard. WiFi is good speed. The balcony is very small but has a sea view.

“We were disappointed about the hot tub not working but was a nice stay with friendly staff and a very comfy big bed.”
The hotel was close to the beach and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room a good size.

“Good location for visitors of Rome who want to spend some time on the beach too.”
The place could have been great 30 years ago, now the whole area hotel including should be reconstructed. The hotel is very close to beach and to train stop. It takes only 30 minutes to get to the Rome.

1- Gent's Receptionists Are kind and helpful 2- Breakfast with nice Staff 3-:Nice Beach with the nice sunshine! 4- Stella Train Station about 10 minutes Walk.
