The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and very well equipped. The location was perfect for us... quiet area within a short walk to the beach. The commute to the airport was easy on the Cotral bus. Lucrezia and Alessandro were always reachable and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. We definitely recommend this apartment.

“Excellent”

If it is available, it would be our first option for Ostia, even for Rome, considering that we travel many times in Rome. Pleasant communication in italian/english (in our case) via phone or WhatsApp with the host. Fast booking confirmation and self check-in. Clear and complete information about check-in, property, stores, parking, beach, and all that you might need. Near to the bus station, close to the beach/sea, not far away from the train station 'Lido Centro'(aprox.6 minutes with the bus or 850 meters if you walk). From there you can travel very easily to Rome center. One option is to travel with the train from Lido Centro to Basilica San Paolo and from there to change to the metro line to different destinations in Rome. Also it is very easy to travel to Fiumicino airport. We learned that there is a bus from Ostia (Stazzione Vecchia) to Fiumicino airport. The trip takes around 30 minutes. The 'Stazzione Vecchia' station is at 300 meters away from the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, and we found everything we need, even toys for kids for the beach. We also appreciate the snacks or refreshments prepared. All small details prepared by the host made the difference, and that is why we will return.

Clean, comfortable, fresh. Great location and fully equipped with everything I needed. The washing machine and dryer (although it was warm enough not to need it) was just the luxury I craved at the end of a long trip. The hosts could not have been more accomodating- from sending through exceptional directions, providing personalised support with transport and explaining local accommodation laws - such as ID and tourist tax requirements. Very much appreciated- especially as a solo traveller - from Australia! It’s a great spot with lots to do - or nothing at all - except soak up the amazing Italian food, culture, friendly neighbourhood hospitality and seaside breeze! Great to get away from hectic inner city Rome - but easy to access by local trains when desired.

The host was excellent with perfect check-in instructions over WhatsApp. The air con worked perfectly and was in both the living room and bedroom which was good. Not every property listed with air con has it throughout the property (often just the bedroom). The whole apartment was fitted with mod-cons which were all new and working perfectly. Nice smart tv, excellent kitchen. The complimentary small bottle of wine and snacks were very welcome!

Everything was exceptional, a beautifully renovated apartment with all required for a comfortable stay, including beach towels, freezer bags, air conditioner in both rooms etc. Walking distance to all the groceries, restaurants, beach and train station. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Would recommend it to my friends.

Nice clean apartment, very well equiped with more than we needed. Sofa was surprisingly good for sleeping. It was close to the beach and train station.

“Home-like housing close to the beach”

The apartment had absolutely everything you could need even for a longer stay! Kitchen is fully-equipped, there is 3 tv’s, large bathroom, great beds, and even the sofa was comfy to sleep. House is very peaceful and quiet. Short walk to free beach, many grocery shops nearby, easy connections to central Rome and Ostia Antica. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have, easy and fast communication via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was the cleanest we've ever been in, really modern and nice. Everything we needed was there and even more like toys for kids, ball, digital scale, set of chargers, beach equipment, TV with Netflix and Disney plus access. Free beach was really near - just a few minutes of walk. Contact with the owners and information they gave us were super helpful. There was even a small bottle of wine and some sweet drinks and snacks for kids as a welcome gift. 100% recommend! Even the highest rate is not enough for this place!

The location of the apartment was super. The sea was within walking distance. Grocery stores and a market was close by. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever booked. The apartment was super well scented and everything necessary for life is there. Lucrezia and Alessandro are very helpful. They have even prepared the guide with the most important information (use of equipment, grocery stores, beaches, etc.). We were very happy with everything. If we come to Italy again, we will definitely be in this apartment.
