Absolute nightmare. The apartment is in a terrible neighbourhood, it is very complicated to get in and there is no useful help from anyone. The apartment is freezing and the air conditioning was very bad. Also no parking in the street.

I was put in a studio due to issue with apartment that was not to a good standard. It had minimal facilities, was cold (I had to sleep in clothes) and further out of town. It wasn't an enjoyable stay. Minimal contact from provider. Requested reimbursement but nothing confirmed, as yet.

“Very nice apartment and the area”
- The apartment was really nice, large and fully equipped. We had a coupon to buy breakfast in the bar next to the reception 2.5 EUR per person per day. We could buy anything in the bar: coffee, sweet pastry, small pizzas or sandwiches. - 5 min walk from the train station and Carrefour shop with a lot of italian food and great deals.
