“A nice place to stay in Ostia”

Host is always present to help me make my stay for comfortable. It's a safe and warm place , making holidays more special ❣️

The apartment is great. Near the beach and the Center. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Great location next to the sea. Apartment is very practicaly equipped. Communication with host was very smooth, he allows us earlier check-in and checkout accommodates to our needs which really helped us a lot.

“everything was amazing”

I really liked the location, the view from the window is amazing, parking is right next to the house. 5 minutes walk, restaurants, bars, entertainment. The owner is very hospitable and friendly, he met us at 11 pm, showed us everything, told us, explained, advised where to go. The apartment has absolutely everything, down to the smallest detail. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. I recommend it to everyone!

“Looks even better than in the pictures!”

The view from the balcony was beautiful, you could see the sea. The house was equipped with all the necessary appliances (and more). The rooms were spacious and cool even during very hot days (there was AC). The owner was very friendly and helpful.

One of the best stay experiences I've ever been grateful to have. The place is perfectly clean, charming and fully equipped, and the location is brilliant, so is the view of the beach. The host Emanuel is extremely hospitable and kind, it was a great pleasure to be hosted by him. My stay was beyond fantastic, I can't wait to visit again. 10/10

“Fantastic place to stay”

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. It was a very good location for us for 5 days trip in December. Its a very spatious apartment, great hoast, fabulous vieves of the sea. We loved Alice pizza, where we have stoped 2x per day, on the way to railway station and walking back at the evening. We have used it as a base for our Rome trips. We have got 3 days transport tickets which allowed us to hop on any form of transport. Very new bathroom and well equiped kitchen. We willbe back :)

Very comfortable and spacious flat with sea view! Kitchen with full equipment for cooking. Excellent location, good base for trips to Rome or Ostia Antica by train. Friendly and helpful owner. Near the restaurants, bars, shops and beach.
