“Well equipped, comfortable & convenient apartment”

We had chosen this flat for it's proximity to the station as we were visiting Rome for a couple of days. The apartment was very well equipped and the private parking a bonus as parking on the streets would have been quite difficult as the area is busy & within easy walking distance to the beach. The host Paulo, met us with the keys and came in to show us how everything worked. The day we checked out Paulo allowed us to leave our car for a couple of extra hours which we greatly appreciated.

Paolo and Katia are amazing hosts! They met us at the entrance to the property and greeted us like old friends. They then took us on a tour of the property to make sure we understood how to use all the facilities and understand what facilities are available. The building, grounds and apartment are immaculate. The apartment had all the comforts of home and very well appointed in terms of decor. The location of the apartment is perfect, with a bakery, takeaway/restaurant and Gelateria/bar less than a minute from the front door, a large supermarket and the Stella Polare train station within 2 minutes walk and the beach within 5 minutes. It was a welcome sanctuary after an epic and hectic day in Rome. We highly recommend a stay at this property for a family or couple. It is also dog friendly as we noted a dog bed and complimentary dog food for your hairy family member. Paolo and Katia were instantly available throughout the stay to answer questions or make recommendations for site seeing/ dining etc.

Modern spacious appartment with big terrace . Close to the sea and cafes . Thanks to the fact it is some 1 km from the center cafes and restaurants located next to it are not tourist traps but places visited by locals . Nice reception - we were offered stock of coffee and bottle of wine in the appartment .

Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, it has all the necessary stuff: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, umbrellas (rain/sun)..Big terrace, two rooms with two bathrooms. Also the hosts left for us some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcoming present. The location is good, 5 min to the sea, 5 min to the train station, destination to Rome. We were met by Katia, very friendly and nice. She always responded quickly if we needed smth. We are happy that we had chosen this great apartment. Would definetely come back again.

“Amazing home away from home!”

The apartment is modern, fresh, bright & extremely clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need & then more. The bed was very spacious & comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are very modern & again, equipped with everything you’ll need. The lounge is very spacious with a large tv, comfortable sofa & an enormous window that lets in the summer breeze. The apartment offers a large balcony that face different directions so you are able to chase or escape from the sun. It’s fitted with great outdoor furniture & full laundry services. The Paola & Katia are amazing hosts, checkin & checkout are a very easy process. Upon arrival we were met by the host, the air conditioning had been turned on for our comfort & they had also stocked the fridge with water, juice, milk & wine. The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, gelato bars and cafes all at your doorstep. The building is well secure & peaceful. We also had use of parking space inside the gated compound of the apartment block. This stay really made our trip special. We will be definitely returning to this property. Thank you Paolo & Katia, you’re amazing!

“Superb apartment + friendly hosts + nice beach + excellent Italian food = perfect vacation”

The apartment is perfectly located in Lido di Ostia: only about 5 mins walk from Stella Polare train station, and only about 5 mins walk to the beach. Well located in a safe building, with elevator. Just around the corner you can find a restaurant with excellent Italian food at reasonable prices (Falco D'Oro), a gelateria, a pharmacy and a fruit shop. There is also a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Paolo and Katia are perfect hosts, very friendly and punctual. Katia waited us at arrival and showed around the apartment. Because we arrived in the morning before the check-in hour, they permitted us to leave the suitcases at the apartment until it was ready, and then allowed an early check-in. At check-out, Paolo took our luggage and kept them until evening, when he transferred us to the airport. Thus, we could enjoy more time at the beach from the first till the last day! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, very comfortable, with a nice modern interior, and well equipped with everything one could want for a vacation. And I really mean everything! A fully equipped kitchen; there is also free coffee, water, juices, croissants, tea, and many others. Two bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds) with air conditioning. Two modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. One super-large sunny balcony. Nice large sofa area. To conclude, I highly recommend this apartment!

Spacious and clean apartment, and there is anything one might need during the stay - shampoo and shaving kit, yogurt and croissants, kids games, and beach umbrella. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Excellent location - close to the train station, close to the public beach. Everything you need nearby (bakery, shop, pharmacy). The owners are very willing and accommodating. Everything perfectly clean, including a large sunny terrace.
