The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, located right by the sea. It has a beautiful terrace that's perfect for relaxing. Mrs Antonella (apartment' owner) was very kind and helpful and gave us advice on everything. We really enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

“Great comunication”

Great comunication, all transparently comunicated incl. recomendations for brunch, stores, etc. Nice and roomy living room for all of us.

We stayed only one night... unfortunately. This is prime location! The airport is only 20 minutes away, the beach is literally 100 meters from the apartment. So many restaurants and beautiful little bars on the beach and in the close area.... The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms all spacious and very clean. There is plenty space for storage for a longer stay, and a child's cot. All is provided in the kitchen! A nice terras with enough privacy for dinners and enjoying the sun. Antonella, is a true gem, she helped us with everything we needed... She recommended a great place to eat, where we were the only tourists....! We brought a dog along, and she fell in love as well...

“Perfect Little Place For A Getaway”

The location was perfect for the beach in Ostia and the train to Vatican City. It was very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed ie kitchen appliances like coffee maker, oven, stove, fridge, lots of kitchen cupboard space (except for a microwave), TV, air-conditioning, bedrooms were spacious and lots of cupboard space for your stuff. It was a convenient distance to local restaurants, beach, train station, supermarket, ice cream shops etc. Loved the herb garden and outdoor seating area too!. The apartment was very tastefully decorated as well. Antonella was a truly welcoming hostess offering advice on travel and local places to eat and shop. She helped us to book taxis to and from the airport and the local pizza restaurant, Falco D'Oro as I didn't know the language enough to do this by myself. She was also in contact with us every day by WhatsApp to ensure that we were ok which I appreciated.

Great location and a fantastic landlord. Antonella and her daughter were very easy to communicate with, extremely friendly and responsive. The apartment is large and very comfortable with a big patio to enjoy e.g., breakfast.

we felt very well, Antonella is a very good host. the location is close to the beach, shops and the train station. the apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. the outside yard is a big plus. we will definitely come back next year.
