Clean flat. With small balcony with the view on parrots. One - the washing machine was broken. I reported it to the agency but nobody came in whole week. Otherwise i recomand this property

Apartment are in calm and nice neighbourhood with a local shops, bakery and even hairdressers around. In 4th floor, easily reachable with a lift. Had conditioning system, washing machine, and was quite clean.
