Beautifully renovated apartment with everything you need (e.g. washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.). Excellent location: 10 minutes walk to the paid beach (9/sunbed, 9/umbrella during the week, 10 on the weekend), 5 more minutes to the free beaches. The host is amazing, very welcoming, and friendly - she even provided us with beach towels. Definitely one of the best hosts I have ever met. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets all in easy reach. The flat itself is renovated and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Modern fit and finish. Very clean apartment and building. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery across the street if you want to eat in. Many restaurants and café to choose from. Walk to the nice beach in 10 minutes. The hostess is the best!

Close to the sea side; good restaurants and railway station (less than 10 minutes walking) , supermarket and a small (pick up) pizza restaurant is only 50 meters. Very clean apartment with excellent furniture; big kitchen and good electrical equipements. Flexible check in if available and great helps from the landlady.

Our host was very helpful and caring, we are very grateful! It felt like visiting friends. Thank you! The apartment is spacious, new, modern and very tastefully furnished. Attention was also paid to smaller details, which were thoughtfully and tastefully chosen. The apartment has two spacious balconies, air conditioners work well and quietly, the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and kitchen accessories for cooking and serving food. It was very pleasant that there was salt, coffee capsules, toilet paper, cleaning products for primary consumption. The surroundings and the house are quiet. Supermarket across the street, several cafes nearby. The location is excellent, both the beach and the train station can be reached in foot about 10 minutes. Convenient train connection to the center of Rome, departure every 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want to combine a city vacation and a beach vacation. This is a great accommodation! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.
