First of all, the owner, Roberto is an exceptional host, very helpful and friendly, provided great recommendations, paid attention to details, even helped us with restaurant reservation. Breakfast is also great, however mainly contains sweet items. Staff are also very polite and rooms are always spotless clean. Location is excellent, close to the sea, parking is mainly easy (non-reservable private parking) or on the street free of charge. Good prices for beverages within the hotel. Garden is beautiful. The hotel has connection to one of the beaches, where the owner is also a friendly and kind man, highly recommended. Rooms are well equipped (e.g safe, aircon, plenty of storage)

Fantastic, beautiful hotel. It had everything we needed, a balcony, fridge, spacious room, veeery comfortable bed and many more. Lovely lobby and decorations. Garden is perfect, very well taken care of. Roberto is a wonderful host, always ready to help. You can feel the warmth and cozy atmosphere that Roberto and his brother create. Thank you so so much! The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Camaiore di Lido, approx. 200m walk to the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean and our room was serviced on a daily basis without fail. The staff were incredibly friendly and Roberto (hotel manager) gave us some excellent recommendations for places to visit and for restaurants in which to dine. The gardens around the hotel were beautifully kept and a great space to sit, out of the sun, beneath the parasols provided. The breakfast looked very good, though we had booked room only, so didn't get chance to try the options served. There is a very good supermarket about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, that we visited on a number of occasions, with a great little cafe next door.

Pure gem. Roberto who is running the place is an amazing host! Always happy to help. Light and fresh breakfast everyday, tasty coffee, super clean place. Distance to the beach 3-4 min walk, great and cheap restaurants around the hotel. Great price to quality ratio.

“Fantastic place to enjoy your holiday”

is’s an older hotel, but due to the fantastic maintenance of the two owners, it’s a great place to enjoy your holiday. it’s very close to the beach and the boulevard. the rooms are extremely clean, and you can use bikes for free. if needed the owners will provide you with information about everything. for us it was the best location on our 4 week road-trip to Italy. Grazie Mille !!!!

Location, environment, renting bicycles for free, close to the beach, very friendly owner, free private parking spot, nice garden, family atmosphere.

Staff very friendly. They offer us free bicycle and beach umbrella. Clean, nice place with nice garden. Close to the beach.

Roberto (the owner) was a great host. He cares about the satisfaction of his guests and you can see that he enjoys his work. Always pleasant, friendly, personal approach. He talked to every guest every morning, gave tips for excursions. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, with a nice cozy garden and seating area, the rooms are clean. Smaller breakfast selection, but everything is fresh and even so you can find your own. The price/performance ratio is great.

1. The hotel stays at a quite street, but you need only 5 min to get to a beach and restaurants. 2. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and supportive. 3. Rooms are super clean and the yard is well-maintained - trees and flowers, everything looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
