“Great experience”

Well where to start? This was amazingly great experience. The whole place is nice and the staff is professional, yet very friendly and keen to give advice when you ask. It really feels like you are visting a family. Almost everyone at least understand English or can speak english, which is great, because my Italian is very basic (yet!). Few things to point out: - The food. We love Italian food but man, this was something! A whole variety of flavors and combinations I've never heard of. It was a blast. The chef is just great. - Waiters at lunch and dinner are great! Especially Andree (not sure if I'm writing it correctly), who was joking with us and was really nice to us. Pay him with gold! - The Freddie Mercury night was great! I love Queen and having a dinner and listeing to Queen hit songs was awesome. The perfomer nailed it. The hotel is very close to the beach (they have arrangement with Bagno Timavo) and also very close to the public beach, which has everything you need as well. Thank you for everything, we will return. Ciao!

Location is excellent at second street from the beach, hotel has garden where you can eat, and many trees around hotel. We where staing in renovated room on 3th floor. 1st and 2nd floor have not been renoveted. Hotel has own parking across the street free of charge..

It was near to beach.. also in room balcony I like the setup and we were relaxing there .

The breakfast was very simple. No fresh fruits or cereal.

“surpassed expectations for low price”

The room looked at least like a 4 star hotel and was new renovated. We had a seaview, but had a really low price for one night. The Hotel is in a convenient second row location, at one of the most beautiful parts of the Viareggio promenade. The Beach is beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Very good value Hotel, great to have their own secure parking area beside them. The breakfast was good with good selection of foods both hot and cold. Staff very helpful. Good air conditioning in room. Great location only one street back from beachfront.

“Family run jewel, full of kindness and quirky guests”

This family run hotel features the best staff you can possibly imagine - kind and fun people that help whenever they can. I had some health problems while on this trip and they were really nice. Facilities are being renovated and me and my gf stayed on the new floor. Rooms are really nice and they were sparkling clean every day. Breakfast got also better through our stay, coffee is excellent. Hotel has a Sorrentino/Fellini vibe, very old people watching sport and opera in the lobby, sometimes playing pool. Location is excellent, one street away from seaside. Bike rentals are free and, because 94% of people staying there are around 100, always available :) Really nice experience, loved it here.

Quite a large hotel located very close to the sea. The service was fine, it responded efficiently to our needs. The kitchen even prepared a packed breakfast for us as we left on our tour at dawn. Free parking available, although small, we always had a place to park. Daily change of towels, daily cleaning and made beds. We felt comfortable and safe there. A hair dryer was not in the room but was available at the hotel. The air conditioning worked ok. We always came back to the pleasant coolness of the room.
