“SCAM”

Scammed! booked the hotel few days before arrival, to be called 2 minutes before arriving after an 18 hour drive that the hotel was closed and so the room not available. They send us to their other hotel in a next city that is called " La Pace" let us pay immediately, no discount, for the discomfort, and before showing the rooms. After seeing the rooms, not happy at all and said this is not what we booked or wanted and they refuse giving the money back!! They try to be smart as they put a different hotel name "La Pace" on the receipt instead of Lungo Mare, so they can keep the money and can hide with saying that the cancellation is hotel LungoMare that wasn't available or open or existing to stay in for the night! We did not stay in Lungo Mare or La Pace as it made us feel scammed and booked and payed a different and amazing hotel that booking.com recommended us, in the city where we wanted to stay. Booking.com helps us to get the money back as the 110€ are still not refunded!!

The end of april is a good time to go to this area and the hotel is in first row with a quiet and fine ambience. The staff, no matter if reception or service during breakfast was gentle and helpful in all matters. Breakfast was divers, fresh and well prepared every morning. Even with a dog it felt allways confortable. For me an exceptional Price Level for what is offered.

Beautiful place and across from the see, nice view from the balcony. The personnel were exceptional. A bit expensive but very nice.

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff. Room with a balcony and amazing see view. We were in April, so there was not a lot of people on the beach and promenade. Pretty good breakfast, especially for those who like sweet one.

Location was excellent

Proximity to the sea, facing a view as far as the eye can see. From the balcony the eye ranges from the 5 lands in the distance to the entire Versilia coast.
