Very nice hotell exceptionell friendly staff. clean. quiet neighborhood. pretty long walk to the beach, about 1 km, but definetly worth it. neat pool, clean and refreshing. Hotellbuilding needs maintenance because it is a pretty old building, but it did not effect the great experience of the stay.

Great double bedroom with En Suite and small terrace. Very good breakfast included. Lots of outdoor space with pool. Free parking onsite. Friendly staff. Easy drive from Pisa airport.

Swimming pool in the green is very nice, quiet and very comfortable. Very clean too. Air conditioning very good too.

Everything was perfect. They clean room everyday and stuff is very friendly, location is good, large parking (for free), swimming pool is just cherry on top of cake.

“Not worth it”

It's too expensive for what you get. Don't believe the photos you see. The hotel is so old. You feel depressed when you enter the room. We reserved a room without a balcony but the balcony of the neighbours was right in front of our window, they could actually knock on us, which killed our privacy. The bathroom is very bad, water comes out of the shower. Towels are very thin. Spiders are on the corners of this hotel. Part of the staff were kind, but there was a guy who welcomed us and he was so rude. If you come 5 minutes before 3 (check in time), he will ditch you in the rudest way ever. They call themselves bed and breakfast, but without breakfast and actually very bad bed. They keep referring to a "guy" who we need to ask for ordering breakfast. Come on! Can't they arrange it better for their guests. There is no lift so we gad to climb 4 stairs with our luggage. The road to the hotel is with holes, so be careful with your car. If I must say something good, I would say the swimming pool is nice, but the sea is close-by. 20e per day is still expensive for the room, believe me!
