This is a lovely, relaxed, comfortable, upmarket hotel. The staff from Reception to serving staff to Ron on the bar are all 5 star - charming helpful and friendly. There is a lovely outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast and lunch and drinks all day. The pool area is kept very well. Can't recommend enough. Ideal for couples. The hotel offers complimentary bicycles which are handy to cycle into Viareggio on (40 min walk) - all on the flat. The beach is across the road and is huge. Lovely golden sands, no pebbles or stones. Hundreds of beds and costs @ €35 per day for 2 beds and an umbrella. Some excellent restaurants close by and plenty of pizzerias. There is a bus stop outside the door.

I rarely have the opportunity to give a shining recommendation for hotel with such pleasure. The hotel is perfect in every way. I'd like to point out memory foam pillows (!) and beds of excellent quality. For 10 eur/ night you can get a parking spot in the hotel yard (subject to availability of course, so book in advance). Bikes are included in the room price (also subject to availability). Everything is really nicely done and I'd stay there again if I come back to Viareggio.

Everything was perfect: the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the location, and the garden. I highly recommend visiting; we were very pleased.

“Lovely laid back hotel with great staff”

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Luciana who is great! It’s a lovely laid back hotel with a comfortable lounge area and a nice intimate pool area. We had an allocated parking spot which was nice and easy, and it’s close to the beach, bars and restaurants, with discounts at some places for those staying at the hotel.
