Great, small hotel next to a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast with a huge choice - delicious. Kind and helpful staff. Street parking next to the hotel. Recommend

-Great location, just on first line, near to many bars and restaurants - Amazing sea view - Friendly, smily and hospitable personnel - Very good breakfast with many options, though I missed vegetables - Parking just in front of hotel for 5 eur/day

I wanted a room with a sea view, so I've paid for the sea view. It's almost in Viareggio (popular destination) and high season, so I glad the hotel was still available for an almost last minute booking.

“Best place!”
Outstanding location. 10 seconds walk to the beach! Very accommodating staff. Great breakfast. I will be back when around there.
