“Unresponsive and discriminating”
The owner is not only completely inattentive, but also a racist who, after not responding to my inquiry about the possibility of a late check in, turned off his phone DURING his official reception time mentioned in booking.com (16-22), then randomly texted me at 1 AM saying I should read the rules about the checking in time - even though he gladly accepted my booking and the payment beforehand. The next day, upon asking for reimbursement, he insulted me, as you can see on the screenshot. This is unacceptable and I hope nobody makes the mistake of booking here, especially if you’re a foreigner looking to rest.
