“Perfect stay for a one night stop.”

The host was just great. He awaited us on the parking lot and even reserved a space to park easily. He showed us to the place and gave us very good tips for dinner and breakfast. The apartment itself is very centrally located in a lovely street. The apartment itself is very stylish with all the things you need.

Great location and Giuseppe was a fantastic host meeting us at the accommodation, ensuring we parked Ok and helping us with our luggage, as well as recommending places to eat etc

We liked that the apartment was not boringly modern, but was very stylish and special. Everything is well thought out and it seemed like a lot of craftsmanship. Even the staircase. The surrounding streets are full of exciting street art, I'm sure you won't be bored there. The owner of the apartment is very friendly. We highly recommend this place!

It’s a stunning property, very well fitted out and spotlessly clean. Anna & Giuseppe are fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are well known among their neighbours and it’s very friendly.

We were met by Giuseppe at the port carpark, a 2-minute walk to the apartment. Beautifully renovated, spacious & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable & the bedding was splendid! A good night's sleep. Details of attractions & restaurants were provided via WhatsApp by Giuseppe. A lovely stay in a gorgeous apartment, at a reasonable cost.

I was amazed how well presented and spacious the property was. The owner clearly takes immense prodded in the property you can see that in the detail and quality of the furnishings. I would return any time.

Unique furnished, perfectly clean and equipped property, very spacious with comfortable beds. Situated in a cosy art street in the heart of the old town, few steps from a vast parking at the port. The host Giuseppe is very helpful.

The apartment looks better than in the photos, super clean, well-equipped kitchen, we were 2 people, space is for 4 people. Quiet street, parking space near the port, close to the city center! Giuseppe drove us to the apartment, great communication, gave us details about places to eat, tourist attractions in the area!

The hosts are lovely, they came to greet us in the parking and took us to the apartment which is truly beautiful and equipped with all the facilities you may need. Highly reccomended!

Great accommmodation in Licata center and close to the port. We have been there during Easter with children and it has been a wonferful and memorable experience for all of us that we could see the unique procession during day and even night right from the balcony! Guiseppe is a great host, he shared all info we needed and was very helpful during our stay. 100%recommending this place if you want to experience something less turistic than the usual well known but crowdy places like Taormina.T he appartment is very nicely constructed and clean.(loved the big blue wardrobe and desk!)

The apartment is located in the very heart of the old town. Everything in it is to love (not just like) - the design , the functionality, and the comfort. When you add the heartly welcome of Giuseppe , it makes the experience unforgettable and fully satisfying.

Amazing apartment! So beautiful and stylish! Everything worked well, whole apartment and glasses were clean, linen was comfortable and fresh and there was even a warm blanket. Two balkonies, nice view. There was nothing not to like. If not stairs, but they weren’t even plenty! Giuseppe helped us with our bags and gave nice recommendations. Grazie mille!
