“A very frustrating and upsetting experience at the front desk, we did not stay at this place.”
After booking on booking.com for 2 people, when we got there they said we only booked for 1 person and they tried to make us pay $25 American more than the quoted price of $38. for a room with a double bed. The staff member was not helpful at all, he was quite rude, and kept saying it was our fault even though I showed him on my phone that we chose 2 adults on booking.com. We chose to leave this place. We then got an email that said we were a NO SHOW!!! I would NOT recommend this place at all!!! I would give this place a 0 if I could. We stayed at other hostels and hotels the rest of the week and they were all wonderful.
