Comfortable room. All staff very friendly, professional, accommodating. Great breakfast. Great shower. Fridge in the room was a nice surprise and super cold.

We liked the chairs outside the room with all the plants. It's very cozy. We wanted to order pizza for supper. The lady at the desk told us where to buy from and the pizza was amazing! She was very helpful, even though we don't speak Spanish. She used an app on her phone so we could understand each other. We needed a ride to the airport. The driver was on time. He was on site, which we did not expect. He was very friendly.

“Great value for a stay before leaving for an early morning airport flight.”

Staff were very helpful. Little English spoken, but I was able get along with my elementary Spanish to check in and make arrangements for the manager to open the gate to leave early for the airport at 4:30 am, which she happily did. Staff quickly fixed a glitch with our electrical plugs where a had breaker tripped. Room was basic but fine, comfortable bed, and clean and had A/C. Bonus was that there was an in-house restaurant, where we had a decent Costa Rican dinner. Hotel was quite convenient for leaving to catch an early flight - less than 15 minutes to the airport car return. Advantage of staying in Liberia is that you are driving against the general flow of the morning traffic going to the airport from the beaches, which can get very heavy. Site is located in a residential area and had secure parking with a gate. Would happily stay here again.

We had to leave before breakfast, but if breakfast is anything like the dinner served the night before, it would be an excellent home cooked meal of local fare and served with love. They offer freshly squeezed juices. Be sure to order juice! This hotel is run by a family. The owners were away so the rest of the family and staff stepped up to keep things running. We were greeted by Elma who is happy to communicate with my broken spanish and her broken english. The other guests were travellers from far and wide as well as local business and sales men who have made this sweet hotel their home away from home. We were shuttled to the airport at 5am by Ema, the son of the owners. He speaks english and was able to share the history of the hotel. This hotel offers a warm, safe and comfortable stay with easy access to the airport for arrival and return accommodation as well as a great location for longer term and access to Liberia. I couldn't find a lot of reviews on this hotel through Tripadvisor, this is because people are also accessing reservations through Airbnb.
