The grounds were lush and green and there were birds everywhere. It has a pretty creek running along the perimeter with nice a walking path. The pool is beautiful, has a swim up bar and there’s a wonderful spa.

Setting was stunning. Beautifully created in the hillside surrounded by massive trees and vegetation. Wild Life with monkeys and birds for entertainment. Staff lovely , polite and so helpful. The hot spring tubs and mud bath fun

Beautiful Thermal Resort Getaway! From start to finish, this resort was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The grounds were beautifully manicured, and our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The reception staff provided outstanding customer service from the moment we booked, making us feel truly welcome. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations — both the food and staff were excellent. Throughout the property, everything was well-maintained: the walking trails, pathways, thermal spring access, showers, and pools were all thoughtfully designed and in great condition. One of the highlights was the volcanic mud baths — said to promote health, happiness, and beauty. While they may not smell like roses, they offer fantastic benefits like relieving joint and muscle aches, exfoliating the skin, and delivering a natural dose of minerals. The natural sauna was an incredible feature — a perfect example of using the surrounding environment in a meaningful way. The main pool was spotless, with serene and beautiful scenery all around. The pool bar and its staff were also excellent, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and healthful retreat.

The property is remote, but very easy to find with effective signs marking the entire trip. Road is a bit bumpy, but I don't believe you would need 4x4 unless there were heavy rains and mud. The check-in was efficient and welcoming. You park your car and are then shuttled to your room by van. The cabina was generous size, clean and well appointed. Coffee maker and (very) small refrigerator provided. The mattresses are very comfortable and we slept well. The pool, hot springs, dining, etc are all dispersed around the large property, creating an open campus like feel. Wildlife is abundant!! We saw spider and howler monkeys, many iguanas, rabbits, many birds (including a marvelous Tiger Heron that hung out with us for a whole afternoon at the pool). The restaurant is large and has good views, room service was available as well.

The resort grounds are beautiful and we saw so much wildlife just on the property itself. The cabins are very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly.

Lovely complex, quiet and serene, full of local wildlife on your doorstep. Spacious and clean villa with bonus of a terrace to sit out. Lovely pool and hot springs areas!
