Perfect location and not overlooked. Beautiful views. Lots of space and beautifully furnished, every detail thought of carefully. The hosts were fantastic and want to do as much as possible to make your stay comfortable.

“A perfect villa getaway”
This was a villa that exceeded expectations in every way. Huge, comfortable and breathtaking views of the lake. Serena and Simone went above and beyond to give us the perfect stay, including balloons to celebrate our honeymoon and surprise pastries a few days in. They were responsive at all hours and even offered to drive us when we had car issues. We had the best time here and will definitely return!

The hosts were more than helpful, the outdoor kitchen, outdoor terrace, pool, were outrageous, the whole setting, sense of arriving & stay with fruit, vegetables, water, wine everything was provided, we were very pleased. If you are on holiday with friends or family, this place is the place to be! Hosts are constantly on it and very professional. For the rest everything exceeded our expectations x

“Amazing house overlooking Lake Como!”
Serena and Simone met us at check in. They guided us to the villa, helped with the luggage and gave a tour of the property. This property is AMAZING! We were traveling around Italy and stayed at Villa Rosch for 4 nights. It was a great way to relax and the Villa did NOT disappoint! Upon our arrival, the hosts Serena and Simone had a lunch of fruits, sandwiches and Prosecco waiting for us. It was just what we needed after our 4 hour drive! The house is very spacious and was great for our family of 4, but it would also be an amazing house for extended family vacations or friends and families vacationing together. The breakfast provided each morning was perfect. Location is very close to a grocer, boat rental (which we took advantage of and spent 6 hours on the lake), Bellagio ... we wished we had stayed longer. There was nothing that Serena and Simone have not thought of! Highly recommend! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!

A fantastic reception from our hosts Serena & Simone, who were always ready to help during our stay. The house is beautiful and and very well located for great views of the lake. The pool was a huge hit with the whole family and we were extremely comfortable throughout our stay at Villa Rosch.

“It went by way too fast! What an amazing place to refresh, relax and have fun with family!!”
Serena & Simone are amazing! We love this family owned and operated Villa. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is wonderful. For an example of this, Simone escorted my husband to a mechanic, helped with translating, to make sure one of our tires was ok. Breakfast was delicious, the fresh produce and coffee were amazing. We were set up with everything we needed and more. They gave great tips on our travel excursions, and also brought a special treat for our daughter who had just graduated high school!! We definitely want to come back!! The pictures do not do this place justice.

Everything, it is even nicer than in the pictures and is very private. Amazing views, delightful hosts and the villa and gardens are immaculate. Every single thing has been thought of, basically Villa Rosch is heaven!

Everything was perfect, and the villa is amazing for a weekend retreat, especially during nice weather. Hosts had stocked with tons of good fruit, drinks and everything else we might need.
