“We loved the apartment however the unfriendly treatment by the check-in host spoiled our stay.”
The apartment is very clean with an amazing view. It was the perfect size for a family of four. It’s just outside Lezzeno so you definitely need a car to get around. Stefano (who we communicated with through messaging) was very helpful and polite.

The view from the balcony is incredible. The photos don't do it justice! The apartment was immaculately clean! I mean absolutely spotless! There was free parking on the premises too. There is a local beach 800 metres away and we enjoyed playing there everyday! Its wonderful to swim in the lake and a fantastic temperature too! The apartment is approximately a 15-20 minute drive to Bellagio. Even during summer peak season, we easily found parking in Bellagio every night after 8pm (it's also free from this time too!). Would genuinely stay again and thought the location was excellent. I will advise that a car is really ideal, although there is a bus that travels along the circular road and takes you to Como or Bellagio, we didn't take it and it often looked full.

“Overpriced stay”
The location and view are very good. The space inside the apartment is good. It is clean and organised. The owners gave us very good tips on how to reach the important locations that were very useful.

“Pleasant accommodation for holidays and free time”
The apartment is located by the road. It has a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is excellently equipped and is clean and cozy for spending pleasant moments. You have to walk a bit to the beach. There is no air conditioning. A pleasant apartment for a stay, whether for swimming in the lake or for trips to the surroundings - hiking, cycling, boat trips.

We loved everything about this place. From how it's in the middle of como and bellagio. We never thought that travelling by public from como would be possible but we made it by bus with a 20 months old baby. Place was easy to recognised and everything was briefed before check-in. Host were amazing, from Mom to Dad to Son. All the information about lezzeno is printed out, so you can refer to it easily. The house was super clean, bed super comfy and the VIEW from the balcony is amazing. It was the best 5 days spent in our 18 days trip! We wanna say thank you again Stefano and family for making this an unforgettable experience. We will be back or we will see you guys in Singapore!

Nicely situated about 30-45 min by car from Como and 15 min from lovely Bellagio. Ferries to both sides of the lake available at Bellagio. Very friendly and helpful landlord.
