“the apartment was practical and well-located, but the traffic noise and lack of small comfortable.”
The location of the apartment was very convenient for exploring the area. The bus stop is literally right in front of the house, the boat station is only around a 4–5 minute walk away, and there is also a lovely restaurant within about 15 minutes walking distance. The terrace has a beautiful lake view, and overall the apartment suited our needs well during our stay.

“Excellent stay to be recommended”
Very clean and comfortable acoomodation with a nice view over the lake. It was hot as hell on the day we arrived but the aircon was excellent and the room a real cool haven! Nice breakfast goodies are provided.

“Lovely place to stay.”
Hostess met us, which we really like vs. collecting keys from lock box. View from balcony was lovely. It was really quiet, pretty place. Murphy bed was quite comfortable and using the washing machine was wonderful. Easy to walk around after parking our car (in a small space).

Excellent location. Close to local shops, restaurant, small beach. Bus stop to Bellagio across street. 7 minutes walk to ferry. Stunning view from terrace. Good host, well equipped kitchen.

“Great apartment in a non-touristy village :)”
Lovely and comfortable. Wonderful host. We didn’t realize that we would have to pay extra for air conditioning, and the host Giusy came to the party and didn’t charge us. Perhaps something to clarify for future stays. Be careful also that there are not a lot of local restaurants/food markets (we recommend making reservations and don’t leave it too late in the evening to look for an evening meal).

“Fantastic stay in Lezzeno, beautiful views, great location”
We really enjoyed our stay in Lezzeno, the apartment is very well located. Lezzeno is such a beautiful little village and the lovely terrace has amazing views to enjoy a glass of wine and just observe the beauty of Lake Como. We spent 2 comfortable nights in the apartment, the bed is comfortable, everything clean, and the bathroom and kitchen are a good size. The owner has lots of information to share with you upon arrival which is great to understand how to best visit all the villages and use the ferry for touring around the lake.
