“A beautiful hotel with an amazing location.”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Lake Como, and the restaurant serves delicious food and excellent drinks. I also loved the lakeside deck, which was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and swimming in the lake — a wonderful feature that I wasn't expecting.

Fabulous from the time we booked. Pre arrival questions answered really quickly, very helpful staff. On arrival everyone was welcoming. Our room was fantastic, facilities great. Restaurant was lovely & most staff welcoming. Bar staff were great. Breakfast was amazing - every possible option was available.

Booked a small single room out the back which was excellent value for money. This is a gem of a property essentially on the lake front with wonderful views excellent dining lake front access with beach chairs. Lovely ambience. Bus almost at front door. Ferry less than 10 min walk. Staff welcoming. Room tasteful decor super clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Very quiet. Good nights sleep. Breakfast. Good to see such a wide range of fresh fruit nuts and seeds for a plant based diet Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.

It was in an ideal setting on the lakeside away from the main touristy areas. Breakfast was good. The restaurant offered a varied menu and was well prepared. Excellent drinks choices. Our room was fine with ample space a good view over the lake and an excellent bathroom

“Glorious, perfect location and so beautiful”

What a glorious hotel. Location, service, room, food. Everything was wonderful. We had the room with the private deck and being able to swim in the lake was glorious. Food in the restaurant was perfect, breakfast ample and sumptuous. We will definitely stay again

“Superb - totally recommended”

The staff were great. They helped mark my wife’s birthday. Jonathon the owner was super. Nothing was too much. Awesome location with great facilities out on the water. A quiet and pleasant village with a store, other restaurants and bar nearby, but really there’s no need to leave the hotel location as their restaurant is superb, the bar is great and the views are stunning.

The staff were fantastic! Extremely friendly, patient (we were a big group ) and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). Huge amount of choice at breakfast. The bar area was an added bonus, as was their restaurant just over the road. Would highly recommended staying at this hotel in a quieter area of Lake Como as it was a great base to easily visit the other places on the lake. (The boat ticket office man in Lezzeno was also amazingly friendly and helpful!)

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The watersports on offer were great. The bistro for meals on the deck was a great way to end the day. Loved, loved, loved!!
