The hotel has a beatiful location, and amazing view for breakfast and for dinner from the restaurant. The room was small but functional with nice and clean bathroom. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. They found solution for all of our requests and problems. The breakfast offered wide variety of choices, even glutenfree option was available. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great time at this property. Starting with a fantastic view through the window, the calming sound of Lake Como, welcoming owner, tasty dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The location was great, as we had a car, so it took us a 15-minute drive to Bellagio, and then we used ferries to go to other places. It is a quiet place. The room was good size, very clean and it had everything we needed. It also had gluten-free bread and buiscuits for breakfast.

The family that runs this business is always together: loud, different, but happy in their unity. Humanity and the beauty of nature cared for by the owners. Delicious and varied food.

Great family hotel with parking space and stunning view!

“Charming hotel for those who want a Lake Como holiday without all the crowds.”

Lovely hotel. We had the junior suite plus an additional room. There are 5 of us and we are all between 5”9 and 6”4 but it never felt cramped. The room was calm and peaceful with beautiful views across the lake. The suite has an adorable balcony - which I enjoyed sitting on for my early morning cup of tea while everyone else slept. Our rooms were cleaned and restocked daily, usually while we were at breakfast. There were two bathrooms equipped with showers within the suite. The pool and gardens were clean and not overly busy. Access to the lake for swimming was simple and uncrowded. We took a family wakeboard lesson and Alex, our instructor, was very helpful, clear and patient. Breakfast was continental and enjoyed on the veranda. The staff team were all lovely and helpful.

I loved the location of the hotel. Far from overcrowded areas, you can find around the lake. The staff is accommodating and always willing to help out. If you decide to eat there, you'll have a great return on value. The food is fresh and delicious. I saw fresh fish being delivered with my own eyes. The pool is big enough, and we could enjoy it in a calm and friendly environment. The room and shower room are a perfect size for two people. If you come by car, there will be plenty of space to park, and it will take you only 15 minutes to drive to Bellagio.

The staff, were lovely and very low key. We loved how we felt like we were staying with extended family. The breakfasts were excellent and very well attended by staff. Restaurant is also excellent.

Amazing view of Como. The hotel is located at the lake, you can take a nice walk along it. There is enough parking space. The restaurant at the hotel was very good, always delicious dishes and friendly service. There are a lot of cats around that place, so it was an advantage for us :)

Best place we have stayed at, the staff were amazing, friendly & assisted with anything. The room was clean the restaurant was high quality food and the location was perfect, close to everything & the parking was free at the hotel. We will be coming back again, family friendly hotel, HIGHLY recommend for families & couples.
