I highly recommend this accommodation! Danilo and Daniel gave us a very warm welcome and even provided coffee, tea, bottled water, and some breakfast items. The view is absolutely incredible. The location is perfect for exploring all the tourist spots around the lake, only about a 10-minute drive from Bellagio. There is convenient parking right in front of the apartment. I must also mention that the bed is very comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

The location is literally perfect! Great vieuw of the lake from the room. restaurant, beach around the corner, grocery store 1 minute walking. Very friendly host and a cozy room. There is parking included in front of the house.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the access via a spiral staircase. Not a problem fir me but my partner has some mobility problems and the steps were a challenge

Just incredible! Probably the best studio we've stayed in on our trip of over 5 weeks. They have thought of everything and the small touches make a huge difference! They had left lots of coffee, tea, toast and jam. Umbrella for us to use and good recommendations. The Stone House restaurant was lovely. Eventhough the weather was not great it was wonderfully relaxing to have some down time and just enjoy this lovely space. And...yes the view is magical..even in the rain! Thank you!

In our opinion we couldn’t have done better with this apartment and location. It’s away from all the tourists and you’re actually surrounded by Italians but the bus connection is amazing so that you can easily get to any interesting spots at the lake. The apartment is great with everything one might need and a magnificent view! Literally in front of the door you have a restaurant run by a charming family serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally, you have a great bar and a little supermarket in the village. 1000% recommend this!!

Fantastic location and incredibly friendly and helpful owner. There’s an excellent restaurant next door and it’s right at the waterfront. The sound of the lake from bed is wonderful.

An excellent studio apartment with all you need and a view to die for. The hosts Danilo and Daniele are absolutely lovely and are on hand should you need anything, wouldn't hesitate to return again.

The view & location are perfect. Erica make sure that we had a smooth check in. Danilo & his friend showed us the property and told us about the surrounding.

The view from the window was incredibly amazing and breathtaking. The apartament was very nice and comfortable, we had coffee machine, snacks. There is nice beach downstairs. The owner of the apartament and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. The owner helped us very much during big storm so we didn’t get wet while traveling from other town. Would come back to this place for sure.

Perfect for 2 people, the small beach is right out front. The view is amazing, you really could sit all day and look at it. And lastly the hosts were amazing, such kind, helpful people.

out of the way of the popular sites, but if you need to get anywhere then it is well connected with the bus and ferries. extremely comfortable and extremely quiet.

“An exceptional stay on Lake Como”

The apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful house overlooking the lake. Yet, it has its own entrance and is very private. It has all the necessary amenities, including a very comfortable bed, airconditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a cosy bathroom. There is also a mini market a few steps away, and an excellent restaurant just opposite the apartment. The biggest pluses, however, are: - the wonderful view across the lake (we could not get enough of that) and the photos do not do it justice; - the close proximity to the beach (just 2 mins and you're in the water); - the close proximity to the bus stop (only 15 mins to Bellagio); - close to a lido which includes the use of kayaks and SUPs with the entrance fee (we spent hours kayaking across the lake); - last but not least, the wonderful owner who was always available for anything we needed. He even gave us a lift to Bellagio one morning as he had an errand there. We will miss him.
