“The beauty of this property is the amazing lake view. Short walk to catch bus or ferry to Bellagio”
The view was exceptional. You could open the windows and they looked out onto Lake Como. It was lovely to see this sight in the morning.

A very clean and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. The parking was easy and convenient. Roberto was an exceptional host. Thank you for your warm hospitality, the Lake Como book, and the delicious aperitivo at the local restaurant. Highly recommended!

“Great appartement in a quiet village in a convinient location to visit the main busier town”
The location is great, in a quiet village in between Como and Bellagio, with a pretty lake view. There is an excellent restaurant at the bottom of the flat. There is private parking.

Very clean accomodation with great window view over Como. Provided parking space nearby is great addition as otherwise you may be in pickle where to leave your car overnight. Narrow, twisty roads, pleasure to drive but keep to the speed limit.

“Very good”
Clean and most of house necessities are provided. The owner is very nice even with difficulty in communicating English but able to provide excellent service. She was really nice and accommodating. Also there is lovely restaurant nearby with really good! U should try their ravioli 💯

“Authentic place”
The apartment is very tidy and well equipped and furnished. Perhaps you wouldn't expect this when seeing it from the outside, which is in an authentic neighbourhood. It is near a bus stop and near the jetty for boat trips on the lake. The host is very friendly.

“Would recommend”
We liked the location of the apartment - it was right next to a grocery store, bus station and a ferry station. It was clean and the owner is very nice. The living room and one of the bedrooms have amazing view of the lake.

“The best place for a relaxing stay near the lake”
Lezzeno is one of the most loveliest places in Italy, that I've visited. A very calm and quiet village, far from the crowded touristy places such as Bellagio and Como. Casa Valli offered an outstanding picturesque view to the lake. The location was great, the facility - very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed not only for a 3-night stay, but even for a longer period of time. I loved the balcony and the building - very classic Italian house, just like those you've seen in movies. The host was very kind and sweet. She made sure we were comfortable, and even recommended some places/restaurants. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a relaxing stay far from crowds! P.S: Bear in mind that there is only one minimarket for food in the village, and its not working the whole day. (on Sundays it's closed)
