The property was in a great location, easily accessible to both Como and Bellagio, the lawns and access to the lake was also great.

Very spacious apartment, full kitchen, great view, and amazing host. Mattia went above and beyond for us. Good restaurant close by, near a bus stop, a short walk to the closest grocery store, and a lot of information about Lake Como in the apartment, which helped us a lot.

The place is very close to Bellagio to take trips to various other towns. Close the the lake so you can take a dip in summer. Very beautiful view daily.

Very cute house with excellent views of lake Como, just as advertised. Sitting in the balcony is huge breath of fresh air with a completely unblocked lake Como view. Host is very very nice, with many local recommendations in the area; she gave us the name of a local bakery with a lot of fresh goods, for a really affordable price (almost 3 types of pastries for 5 euros)! Fully equipped kitchen in the house. Accessibility without a car could be slightly tough as the bus connecting to Bellagio seems not too regular. However, all in all, I would recommend 100% because it’s in a quiet area, away from all the Bellagio noise.

No basic suppiles provided like toilet paper, soap, paper towells, shampoo, etc. None provided!!

“A gorgeous getaway with unparalleled views”

The room I had was incredibly spacious, kitchen well stocked with all the utensils, plates, bowls and cups you would need. The bedroom had a great quality mattresss, pillow options and the block out blinds made sure I was fully rested. The view was EVERYTHING. Never got tired of waking up and looking at it. The surrounds were quiet and peaceful, just what I needed. Mattia is a wonderful host and made an effort to make me feel welcome. If I had any issues she was super responsive on the app.

“Wonderfull Vila”

It is like living at lake Como. First of all the host is a wonderful lady that not only took the time to explain about the Vila but also had great suggestions on best locations to visit around and tips on where to park and what ferries to use. The place itself is like a home away from home with an incredible lake side view. Fully equipped with what ever needed. Highly recommended.

“Great property with great hospitality”

The view from the balcony was unbelievable. Very well kept clean. Bus stop right outside which was very handy. The best restaurant we ate in our whole trip was right next to us, less than 5 mins walk. Accessible to the water, would go back when warmer so I can take advantage of this as it was raining unfortunately when we were there. But the most notable thing about this property was Eva, she welcomed us, drove us to the store as it was closing within 30 minutes and drove us back. She allowed us early check in, without even requesting this. She helped via WhatsApp with ferry times and was just so welcoming. We got engaged the day we were there and she brought us some champagne to congratulate us. If you are thinking of booking this place. Do it! We loved it. Also very close to the best private boat tour Lezzeno Rent a Boat. I wouldnt go with anyone else!

Location was excellent - bus stop for the C30 service to Bellagio or Como was only 150meters from the front door (4 euros - pay with card or cash on the bus). View from the apartment (Norma) across the lake was amazing - 3 balconies to choose from. Eva the host was very helpful, communications for picking up keys were first class. The information file in the apartment was easy to use.

Very good location with incredible views. Special thanks to Eva for her hospitality, attitude towards guests and help with any questions. We will be happy to come back again.

“Quiet and restful stay on the lake”

We had a ground floor apartment on the lake with direct access for swimming, a lovely patio area to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air and watch the lake activities. It’s not luxury but has everything you need, a well appointed kitchen and dining area, close walk to a great restaurant and busses to the city

Location was great with access to lake

Absolutely great location. Perfect! Right next to water with easy access to the lake just outside the apartment. 400 meters away you can rent sup boards, kayaks and so on - so you can rent them and sail back to the apartment. The supermarket is about 900 meters away and there are many good restaurants in the area (within 5-10 minutes by car there are many to choose from). The apartment is very big. It is quiet and has a great balcony. Also - the host was fantastic. Probably the nicest and most helpful host I have ever stayed with. She was absolutely wonderful and made the stay even better. For a great vacation on lake Como I can highly recommend 👍
