Very cozy place, in the woods where there is no noise except for birds singing. The owners are very friendly and do everything for your comfort. I will definitely come back here again.

- The view is beautiful. - The room was clean, reconstructed building - Staff was very kind. - Calm place - Some people write that 500 meters by walk from parking lot to the property is negative, but we have to say this walk is pleasant (calm, nature.. just relaxing).

Everything is perfect, nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing view in Comi lake.

What a view! Definitely worth the steep climb up from the hustle and bustle closer to the lake to find this tranquil oasis of calm. A warm welcome, and fabulous food. If you stay here, you would be a fool to eat anywhere else! Lying in bed, gazing across the lake, is a special treat here.

Absolutely stunning views. You really pay for the view. The room was big albeit only 2 very small windows. Hosts were very smiling and polite. I have messaged the day before and asked as it was my sons 10 year birthday, if they would have a cake (any cake) available for us to sing happy birthday to him. Whilst they didn’t had the cake, they allowed us to bring one and also to put up a little decoration for him. They have also went out of their way and accomodated sausage and chips dinner for him.

The location was amazing with a stunning view. Really kind staff, Federico took care of us. Spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Sweet breakfast with a view. It's a bit tricky to get to the place but worth the effort. If your car is low, don't even try to drive up to the church because you will run aground. Make sure to organise transfer with Federico.

Most beautiful view over lake Como, during breakfast and even from the room. Frederico is very helpful and full of smiles. It's a bit of a hike up (if you don't have 4x4 you park a bit downhill) but the amazing view rewards the effort :)

Was only there for a short stay but the staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Got picked up and dropped off via their shuttle, and communication was quick and easy through booking.com/Whatsapp. The view from our room was beautiful. You’ve got to try their tiramisu and ravioli! Pretty sure they’re homemade and they were absolutely delicious (I still think about them)! Breakfast was great too :).

We spent one night at this unique farm stay as a young couple on a low budget, and it was a memorable experience. Federico was an amazing host—very warm and welcoming. Getting to the farm was a bit unorthodox due to the rough road, but Federico kindly picked us up, which we really appreciated. Once there, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere. The on-site menu had affordable options, and the food was delicious, with a mix of Balkan, Mediterranean and traditional dishes that felt homemade and authentic. The room itself was charming and comfortable, making it a great value for the price. Our only real issue was the mosquitoes—there wasn’t a good way to keep them out, which made the night a bit uncomfortable. Also, a good addition would be mini bath foam and shampoo in the bathroom.

Awesome views of Lake Como. You cannot drive directly to the property but Frederico provides a shuttle service and collects you and drops you back. Dinner is available and very good homemade food eaten overlooking the Lake, as is breakfast that is included.
