Our stay was very nice. We felt very welcome. The host is a super nice, open and courteous person. He told us a lot about the history of the building. The rooms have all been lovingly restored. The small breakfast left nothing to be desired for us. We would like to come again.

La Parcelle is in an excellent location; it is easily accessible from major roads and very close to a direct bus route into Lille. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Baptiste, the owner, is extremely thoughtful and helpful.

Absolutely perfect - sensibly renovated historical building with an amazing garden. If you are visiting this region, I definitely recommend staying in LA PARCELLE.

“Small oasis not far from Lille, perfect to recharge and relax”
We spent two wonderful and relaxing nights at La Parcelle and are planning to come back soon. The studio is very spacious, clean, beautifully furnished (comfy 4 star hotel mattress and porcelain light fixtures) and has everything you might need (even a fridge, stove and washing machine). Our favourite part was the idyllic and tranquil garden where a scrumptious breakfast was served (at our preferred time!) in the shade of a plum tree and where we spent an entire day on the chaise longue, drinking coffee and munching on Chocolatines. The owner Baptiste is the most welcoming, attentive and fun host possible. It was interesting to hear about the history of the place and we were amazed how much work was put in to create such an oasis not far from the city centre of Lille.

It's a lovely place. Nice lawn for breakfasts and common area. The room is cosy, bed linen are very good, blanket is crispy, pillows are comfortable. Private parking. French breakfast. The owner is charming. It's a nice place for romantic weekend

Amazing stay at a newly renovated farm house. Our room was very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. Great french breakfast with fruits, yogurt and, of course, pain au chocolat. We took the bus 2 minutes away from the property and were in the city centre in less than 20 minutes. We will be staying at La Parcelle next time we visit Lille.
