“Good location and value for money.”
Location is quite near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Was pleased that they were able to allow for early check in. Short walk to Starbucks (for breakfast if you do not want the hotel breakfast), and a few restaurants. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Breakfast provided by hotel is nice, and think price is comparable to cafes nearby. Service can be a bit slow when a lot of guests as the cafe counter stuff probably prepares the breakfast ordered. Room is generally clean and sofa able to be converted to a bed if needed. The small gym is nice although I am not a serious user.. Too cold to try a dip in the swimming pool. :)

“Comfortable and great service from the front of house staff.”
The staff were wonderfully helpful and there was no request too difficult that they were not willing to help with. Comfortable room and good facilities but it was the front of house staff that stood out.

“Didn’t even get to, they gave my room away”
They didn’t honor my reservation, I showed up at 3 am and then had to go back to the airport and sleep on the floor lol
