“Convenient location but poor bathroom experience”
The hotel was kn a very convenient location and easily accessible to shop which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, The staff were nice and supportive.

Reception changed our room two times. First they gave us a room and there were already people in there. Second room was ice cold and aircon did not work. Despite of this, they tried to convince us that we should stay in the room with 16-17C degree. Third room was ok but all of this took more than two hours. Unprofessional.

“Awesome!”
Loved that noone entered our room. No. We don't bring valuable but it feels safe thinking noone would have reason to go in. I love that. Felt like home. Front desk staff were great!
