It was an amazing stay. The staffs were really friendly and we travelled in a family of 5. We would like to specially thank Martin who was especially kind and helpful towards my family. He helped my mum who was in a wheelchair to get around the area via their in-house transport. Breakfast spread was really excellent. Despite not seeing the northern lights, we like that the resort is located away from the city and the staffs there made the experience even more unforgettable.

Its is a beautiful stay, warm and friendly staff, and many activities within the property itself. There is a shuttle service that is provided once a day to get into town. A good breakfast spread. They even have an app to track the northern lights.

This was one of the best vacations of our lives, and even while leaving we were already dreaming about coming back. The place is very comfortable, beautiful, and perfect for families. Our children loved the slide on the property, where they could enjoy winter fun in a safe and comfortable environment. We were very pleased with the quality of food and service in the restaurant, as well as the cozy reception and restaurant areas, especially the chance to sit by the fireplace in the evening and enjoy warm glögg. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always doing their best to make our stay special. The activities, including reindeer and husky rides, were unforgettable. Our children also enjoyed riding kids’ snowmobiles. Although we didn’t see the Northern Lights this time, we were prepared for that — and it simply means we will definitely return to see the Aurora next time. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

This was the best vacation of our lives, and while we were leaving, we were already planning and dreaming about when we would return again. Everything was very comfortable, and the place itself is absolutely wonderful and perfect for families. We truly loved that there was a slide on the property, where our children could play, have fun, and fully enjoy the magic of winter. It felt very safe and comfortable, which was extremely important to us. We were very impressed with the quality of food and service in the restaurant. We also loved the reception area and the restaurant space, especially the opportunity to sit by the fireplace in the evening and enjoy a warm cup of glögg. The entire staff seemed genuinely focused on one thing only — making our stay truly special. We took part in several activities, including reindeer and husky rides, and these experiences were absolutely incredible. We only regretted that we didn’t book snowmobile rides for adults. However, our children were able to ride kids’ snowmobiles and had an unforgettable and unique experience. The territory is beautiful. During our stay, it was snowing constantly, and although we didn’t see the Northern Lights during those three days, we understand that this is nature, and we were prepared for that. It simply means that we will come back next time and definitely see the Aurora. A huge thank you to the entire hotel staff. This was the best experience we have ever had in our lives.

Beautiful lodge, well maintained very clean. Dinner was nice and the cocktails were superb. Lots of activities for family and kids.

Accommodation and location was excellent. Excursions were good, shuttle service to levi central excellent. Great customer service. A dreamy, picturesque setting.

The room was very nice, but small.

The location and the village in general were well situated. The bungalow was clean and we managed to see the Northern Lights.

Everything was fantastic, the cabin was well Kept and clean, with a great view towards the night sky, the property, activities and staff were all a pleasure to be with! The staff supervisor was amazing and informed us in detail of what we could do while taking care of us, she made our stay even better. We did the reindeer and dog sledge activities which we highly recommend Restaurant was also great with good choices for dinner, lunch and breakfast, overall was an amazing stay

“Very nice glass igloo rooms short distance from Levi”

Beautiful, cozy rooms. Comfy beds, nice linen, nice bathrooms. Cabins are spaced a good distance away from each other. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food was very very good with lots of options. Very nice lounge area too.

The rooms are great but don't offer much privacy. The northern light alarm app works great, in general the app is well made (Check-In, booking experiences, communication through the app, etc.). The experiences were great! Dog sledding was fun and the dogs looked healthy and happy, you can see where they life and they have a lot of staff taking care of them. Just don't expect clean bloodline siberian huskies. They are alaskan huskies which is more a general term for dogs which are well suited to pull a sledge (but can be a wild mix of breeds). Most of them miss the sharp blue eyes which you know from stock photos. Snowmobile: Amazing guide, small group, good instructions, great equipment. Highly recommended experience. Important: Driving license required.

The resort was well organized and the staffs at the reception were nice and helpful. The glass cabin was very cozy and nice. We saw aurora through the cabin glass window and roofs. This was what we expected. We did not need to pay for Aurora hunting. Also we paid 100 Euro for one house private sauna which was very good experience. It also provided dinner and breakfast buffet which were very good.

Truly love the stay. Nice surroundings that you can do morning walk. Will be good if provide us with bedroom slippers. Otherwise love the half board. Price is reasonable.

“Amazing location, with exceptional comfort”

We loved the glass cabins, they were clean and so comfortable. The warm was truely appreciated when coming inside from the cold.The fireplace gave the cabin such a beautiful feeling and warm glow. The dinner and breakfast gave ample choices and was much enjoyed. The absolute best was laying in bed and watching the northern lights, just magical. Shuttle transport to and from Levi was easy to use.

Location was beautiful and the little village was set out nicely! The food and service were outstanding, cannot fault our stay.
