“To sum up, the location is incredible and apartment is exactly like the pictures. But some downsides on the cleanliness”

Property looks exactly like the pictures, big enough for a couple or even couple with a child. Location is fantastic, in the center of Levi, 2min walk from ZeroPoint. Storage is available for Ski equipment outdoors with a lock.

Great instructions and easy to gain entry into the property

After an 8-hour journey, we entered this room at midnight (00:00), and we had informed them beforehand that we would arrive late. They knew about it in advance. The location is very easy to find. When we entered the room, we were met with a huge shock: the room had not been cleaned. At that hour, we couldn’t find anyone to contact. Nobody responded to our desperate pleas for help. That night, we had to stay in an incredibly filthy room, and we couldn’t sleep at all. We just sat on the couch and closed our eyes. At 10:00 in the morning, one child and two women knocked on the door. The child was incredibly unruly, screaming and crying loudly. He even kicked the door while knocking. When we opened the door, he was pulling one of the women by the collar while screaming and crying. They said they had come to clean the room. We got ready and left the room to go skiing. When we returned, we found that they had only left clean sheets for us. The rest of the room was still filthy. There was still a lot of dirt, hair, and debris on the floor. They didn’t even have a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Instead, there was a brush, a broom, and a dustpan in the room for cleaning, which we were expected to use ourselves. I rightfully requested a refund for the first night via the Booking app, but they didn’t respond. Taking a shower in the bathroom was impossible because the room had a major drainage problem. When you turn the water on, you must turn it off within a minute, or the water easily spreads to other parts of the room. It takes at least 3–4 minutes for the water to drain, making even taking a shower a huge struggle. In summary, the location is the only good thing about this place. The management and operations are absolutely terrible. It was an unforgettable, horrible 3 days for us. I would never recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste 1700 euros and ruin your 3 days.

The location was great, very easy to get to the slopes, buses and shops. The apartment had what we needed for our stay and was secure.
