This hotel truly felt like a home base during our stay in Levi. Incredibly friendly staff, our room was cleaned daily, very good buffet breakfast, lots of communal spaces, including a hall with armchairs and tables with boardgames, kids play room, and ski room. There is also a gym, but we did not have the time/energy to use it. Option to have buffet dinner 4 nights a week. Cute reindeer in the backyard (possible to buy treats for them). Convenient parking. Proximity (walking distance) to Levi center and all the restaurants/activities and shops. Perfect stay with a dog too.

The hotel is fantastic in all aspects and perfect for Nordic skiing on the lake. Wonderful staff in the restaurant especially Elli-Saara and chef Keith.

Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of gluten free options - I especially appreciated the dedicated gluten free toaster. The room was clean, warm, spacious, and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed having our own, personal sauna! Great storage, and a drying cabinet for wet clothes. Very comfortable beds, and great to have a balcony, even in a standard room so we could sit outside and watch the reindeer. Great location in the centre of Levi within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend

The room was spacious, very clean, and warm, which made our stay especially comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. The hotel has a perfect location in Levi — everything is close and easy to reach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Its so centrallly located to ski! Also the hotel has private sauna which is so awesome! The breakie was so good as well. really had a great time. Next to hotel is reindeers which you can pay to feed them. Such cuties.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip through lapland and we received a very nice Wellcome in the hotel. The best hotel breakfast I'e ever had with so many vegan options. Great location and big rooms with sauna.

We had a wonderful one night stay at K5 and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; we enjoyed having access to a fitness room: the kids loved feeding the reindeer and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!
